Low Sugar plus monk fruit
We are very proud to have developed an 80% cocoa content bar that tastes as sweet as a 70% bar. We use a combination of organic low-glycemic coconut sugar plus organic cane sugar, in equal amounts, that never exceeds 6 grams of organic sugar per oz. of chocolate. To that, we mix in just a pinch of an extraordinarily high quality 50 MV monk fruit (Lo Han Guo). Mostly avoided by the food industry because of it's high cost, this product has been developed by an independent producer for both its potent 50 MV mogroside content (the molecule that tastes 300x sweeter than sugar), and its clean, no aftertaste profile.
